Bedroom 3: double bed that can be two single beds and two small auxiliary single beds (180 long by 80 wide) the small beds are only placed for reservations of 7 and 8 people, the apartment is delivered as is It is seen in the photos for reservations of up to 6, giving you the choice of whether the central bedroom is delivered with a double bed or two single beds.

If additional beds are required for reservations of 6 people, they must be requested free of charge.

To offer the best possible experience, we offer the following additional services, some of them at an additional cost (all of these services are included free of charge to tenants who book on our website www.places2live.es)

- Laundry area with free washing machine and dryer available to customers, must be requested in advance.

- Breakfast* only includes coffee, tea and milk.

- Paid parking in the building that we can manage.

- Early check in and late check out: advance or delay your check in and check out by one hour for 10 euros. This amount is used to pay an extra person to reduce the price of preparing the apartment.

- Luggage storage: free in the apartment for one hour, after that time there is the possibility of leaving the suitcases in the building's storage room, for which they charge us 10 euros, with no time limit. (The storage room is not ours, and that amount is paid directly to its owner for the transfer of the space)

- Access to our VIP waiting area, with drinks, coffee, toilets and a sofa area where you can relax while we prepare your apartment. 30 euros for up to 4 people, 60 euros for 5 to 8 people. (This area is currently under renovation and will be available from November 2023)

- Transfers to the airport. 35 euros for a sedan and 65 euros for a 7-seater van.

All means of transportation in the city at the door of the building, Uber, taxi, subway, commuter trains.

Unlike other properties that operate illegally, we provide a temporary rental contract and invoice, which is why our rentals include 21% VAT and are perfect for rentals for work, coworking or as a location, and the invoice can be made in the name of the client or of company and deduct taxes.

The showers are small, one 85x85 and another 70x70, it is not usually a problem but there are guests for whom it is. If this is a problem for you please look for accommodation with larger showers.
